Search & Selection
With search & selection, the candidate is hired directly by the client on a permanent contract. A one-time fee is charged, based on a percentage of the candidate’s gross annual full-time salary, including holiday pay and fixed benefits for the first year of employment.

Highly Skilled Migrants
For certain positions, particularly in the Technology, qualified candidates can be scarce within the Netherlands. In such cases, hiring a highly skilled migrant can be an effective solution. As a recognized IND sponsor, Starz in AI enables candidates to start through both secondment and search & selection.

Secondment
By hiring an AI & data expert on a secondment basis, you benefit from a dedicated and motivated professional or trainee for the (agreed) duration of a contract. However, the candidate remains employed by Starz in AI, so we handle training and development and take responsibility for sick leave and administrative tasks.

Interim Management
Starz in AI offers access to a broad network of experienced professionals in AI & data, ready to be deployed, often within just 48 hours. Our user-friendly back-office portal and app are specifically designed to streamline the onboarding and management of freelancers and contractors.
